I've been stuck indoors for days now. But I keep moving all the time, even when I'm sleeping or sitting at this computer.

This cosmic calculator determines how far I've traveled—in my lifetime, updating in real time. It takes into account my latitude, earth's rotation, earth's orbits around the sun, the sun's orbit within the galaxy, and the galaxy's movement within the universe. I just plug in my date of birth and latitude.

Unfortunately, even though I've been moving for over ¾-century, I have traveled less than ¼-lightyear.

Maybe we should convert that to Astronomical Units (AU). An AU is the distance from Earth to the Sun. 1 Lightyear = 63,241.077 AU. Therefore, you have traveled approximately 15810.3 AU or 7905.15 round trips to the Sun.

It does help reveal how immense the universe is.

No acceleration no sensation of movement. Unless you can feel the minute acceleration caused by Earth’s rotation, its spinning toward the Sun and gravity there's no difference. As for me I'm in an inertial frame, motionless. I still move around on my own and what distance I've moved during my lifetime would be a more interesting statistic.

When you enter your latitude, then the calculator treats you like a stubborn pimple on the absolutely smooth face of a simplified earth ball. All your "important" movements about the surface, and altitude changes, etc., are ignored, since they vanish into insignificance. So I can officially not worry about the 2 states of the lower 48 states of the US (Idaho and Wyoming) that I have never set foot in. I've traveled the universe!

Blasphemy! The universe revolves around the Earth!

I asked for a warp drive for christmas. All I got was a warped mind. Perhaps, a warp drive was above the elves' technological capability and this was their retaliation for such a request.
