Hi all, as the title says, I'm from Montana. I'm a cigar enthusiast and recently became a pipe enthusiast. I enjoy doing everything myself if possible (gardening, homebrewing, woodworking, the list is endless, just ask my wife), so now diy tobacco is part of that. I just rolled my first two cigars, which, ugly as they turned out, aren't as bad as I thought they'd be! I plan on adding tobacco to my garden this year and have already done my research on where to begin, all thanks to the fantastic information this community has shared and Bob's excellent book on growing your own cigars. If there is anyone in my area, I'd like to link up to swap ideas, tobaccos, seeds, whatever. I'm well connected to the brewing industry in this state, so if you enjoy beer, I'd be happy to even meet up over one.
