Hello!
Recently I decided to start my own project which is computer-controlled chamber for purposes of finishing tobacco.
My chamber will be capable of:
Features:
I consider connecting Chamber to router and write application for smartphone/windows so I could remotely control and check.
UNFORTUNATELLY this year I had not planted any tobacco so I need to wait until next year where I plan starting seeds of varietes for cigarettes and cigars as well.
I ve already ordered electronics needed for my chamber, just waiting for arrival, until then I can start assembling mechanical parts like walls, insulation and so on.
This topic will serve like diary where I will post news and updates. I will appreciate ANY advice or suggestion from you guys.
See attached pictures.

- a) Pipe for air heating and air circulating. At both ends will be attached fans and inside of pipe will be heating element.
Air heating is self explanatory (heating element on/off) and air venting will serve for moving air inside of chamber, preventing wet spots.
- b) Fresh air intake - fans operating at the top and bottom, sliding mechanism opening/closing holes with fans (opening/closing of mechanism will be secured by servo motors)
- c) Hole with ultrasonic humidifier put in reservoir with water.
