Alphids on air cured leaves

Like the title saying. I came back from vacation to see alphids on the leaves that are drying. I just run my finger over them and brushed it somewhat clean. I dont think it does real harm to the leaves for the taste not sure. It looks like they just desperate eating the last sap from the leaves even from those that are allready yellow. Some even eat the sap from the stems that are brown but have some sap in it. Anyone have also experience with this? Does it effect the taste or leaves in a bad way?

The aphid eggs were likely already on the stalks and leaves prior to harvesting them. Once the leaves are fully color-cured, you can just brush them away. They don't taste very good if they are still on the leaves when you use them.
