Are these to big to transplant?

Hi all,
I've been growing 8 varieties under a 300 watt mix of led and t5 flourescent lights indoors. My generous friend who lent me garden space hasn't finished filling in the back half of my garden space with top soil so I can't plant the tobacco till Sunday. I've been working on hardening off the plants for the last 5 days. The next 4 days will be sunlight hardening. Any advice before I put these in the ground?

Hardening is a good idea like you mentioned. Trim off the bottom leafs so you can plant them a bit deeper!
