Casing question: before or after blending?

Hi
I bought some WLT casing and was wondering wether it’s better to mist the shred before or after you blend, or doesn’t matter. I use 80% VA bright leaf 10 burly an 10 perique, all from WLT, for my cigs and I like the flavor but it’s a little harsh compared to my American Spirit Turquoise and black I smoked before I started myo.

After. The casing can gum up the cutters. Destem, shred, case.

If you are experiencing tongue bite, go with more burley to balance the pH of the smoke. If you experience throat hit, you have too much burley, add Virginia.
