In the market i have seen some other tools with different tip design and lower price.

I use a length of clothes hanger, brazing rod or what ever I find handy when needed (which is not very often)

In the past i have faced a plugged cigar while was in a Cafe, i didn't knew what to do so i used the small screwdriver which i have for my lighters.
I find the tip of the PerfectDraw very ''aggressive", i wanted something else so i bought this:

It's thinner, easy to carry, sharp and with not so ''harsh" design.

That is a great tool. It also reminds me of a tool used by James Bond 007.
