contact information to return powermatic shredder to zico?

I know there is a thread somewhere for chris at zico... can't locate it. My powermatic shredder died quickly... still under warranty... I am hoping someone will have the contact information I need to return it to be repaired or replaced. Thanks thanks!

Yes I did.....no success. ..That is why I came back 'home to this site...to search for an address or some sort of contact information.

for what it is worth............ Leafonly replied a bit ago..with a number to call.... The 919 area code number/North Carolina..for Powermatic.. is disconnected...out of service..

...so much for the cost of shredders down the toilet. Perhaps a lesson learned for me.. I felt a tongue in cheek hesitancy when I decided to order from the alternate place.... Already said...there were no more powermatic shredders available here, at that time.....

not only answered quickly, but was quick to provide all the information needed ..

I am having problems with getting the shredder continuously on being in Canada it would cost a arm and a leg to send it back
