Cured?

So I did my first crop about 3 years ago, some Havana Gold, and other sample varieties, Native American (to be honest I dont remember as it was a while ago). I had/have no idea what I am doing apart from the gardening aspect. So, as it stands I have raw leaf that has been stored in a rubbermaid container after drying, for the last 3 years.... What is the best way to use it? I had the intent on making cigars, the leaf is super dry... is there a method to rehydrate it? Steamer or something?

Thank you in advance! I have a little plant growing now but the Florida soil isnt so kind this time of year with the heat and not much sun cover.. our temperatures have been over 100 for the past week!

Hello!
I think, once the leaf have colour cured (allowed to yellow) before drying, it needs to be cured/aged, with humidity for the enzymes to break down what is in the leaf. If left dry, it won't age.
