guillotine cutter suggestions

Hi guys what shredders or cutters are you using. I am needing a new tobacco cutter, preferably a guillotine is anyone using one for their tobacco and which one. I saw a Japanese chef style guillotine on amazon a year or so back but can't find it anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated just post the link.

Are you asking about a tool for shredding tobacco, for cutting plug, or for cutting cigars?
