When the filler is enclosed within the binder, that is usually called a "bunch", but I believe that is what "doll" refers to.
If a wrapper leaf is misted with water, it goes into high case (floppy, stretchy, like wilted lettuce) within a few minutes. But the veins within the leaf rehydrate more slowly, depending on the variety and priming level. Resting within a closed Ziplock bag, a stubborn high-case wrapper may require 12 hours or more to relax the veins. I try not to make wrappers actually wet or soggy, but rather just damp enough for all the moisture to fully absorb, leaving the surface with no free droplets.
The mystery for me, in watching this video, is why time and care are spent on a triple cap, only to immediately open it for smoking.
