hand rolling tobacco

hello guys , my name is rafael im from portugal and a big fan of hand rolling tobacco , i specially like humid, dark ,strong (not that sttrong ) but sweet tobacco something like amber leaf
what cure and fermentation process do you recomend both for virginia and burley to take that strong and amonia flavor , also what blends do you guys recomend for a european guy

Hi Urbano welcome from the UK. I started out by simply buying some Virginia,Burley and Oriental from here

Shredded as finely as you can it's just a matter of adjusting the proportions to suit your taste. I dont think you'll ever be able to replicate a shop bought blend exactly but that's half the fun of making your own. Once you've grown some of your own the blending possibilities are increased.

I recommend 100% every word that Old Gasman has written. I buy the same three types of tobacco from the same supplier and also add in some burley tobacco I have grown. Getting the mix just right for your taste, is what it's all about.
