Is my TN90 ready to stalk harvest?

Planted out may 20, topped about 3-4 weeks ago. Tallest is over 6 feet. I pulled all the sand lugs for chew and nasal snuff weeks ago or they would have "mud cured". But I've been seeing a bit of horn worm damage, so if these look top-leaf-mature I'm gonna stalk harvest them. Long time lurker but new to growing so I'm not 100% confident looking at the upper leaves.
