Is this mold?

Hello, I bought some burley leaf and just got it today and noticed this and am wondering if it is mold. It definitely looks like it.

Looks like it is mold to me as well.
A quick spritz or brush with a 1% solution of Hydrogen Peroxide will solve the problem.

It's all over the leaf, I tossed it, also green and black mold. I'm waiting to hear back from the supplier

What I see looks very much like white mold. Air-cured varieties (including burley) are more likely to develop mold, especially on the stems, when they aren't fully dried down. It looks like yours was put away wet.
