so in my tiny flat and tiny garden I have no space whatsoever but managed to grow a few yellow twist. I struggled with flash drying green so now I hang leaves on my washing line outside for 2-3 days which accelerated yellowing without drying. They then go in my bathroom to go brown and finally my bedroom to dry. All my rooms are too dry or too damp to age the leaves.
move dried them out completely until crisp and am stuffing into jars with 65% humidity pouches.
My hope is this will bring them into the correct case and allow them to age properly in the jars. Any thoughts on whether this would work?
Also some patches on a few leaves are a little green. Should I discard these areas?
