LC tobacco and nornicotine

So, recently I stumbled across an old post where you guys were discussing Conversion of nornicotine and Since then I’ve read just about everything I could find About it on this forum.
I’m left with a few questions, Why is that only the air cured varieties are LC? (I may be wrong but that’s what I gathered.) is it a major issue in kilned cigar leaf and flue cured? I’m not overly concerned about it being dangerous, just curious.

I believe they focus on Burley due to the much higher starting levels of Nitrate which can be converted.
Also, the primary TSNA found in FCV is NNK while it is NNN in Burley.
The methods of curing for each also play a major role as this is the time that most TSNA's are converted.

It's my understanding that the heat in flue curing kills something in the tobacco and prevents the conversion of one nicotine thing into another more harmful nicotine thing.
