How many of us have a webcam? Any tablet, or even a smart phone on wifi will do the job these days. I'm mooting a private video chat cigar rolling session. Three or four FTT torcedores with webcams demonstrating their methods in turn and fielding suggestions from the others. I'll be gone camping the next couple weeks; but anyone with an interest, pop your name in here. Doesn't cost anything. Here's the parameters off the toppa my head:

A designated host controls whose screen shows. One guy takes fifteen minutes to show his setup and to bunch one and wrap one. Others can question or comment meanwhile. On to the next guy.

Never know where you might learn something no matter who you are.

LeafLover ... would you be willing to host the thing from your shop?

Did this ever happen? As a noob, I know it would be really helpful to see and ask questions. It could be saved as well and be a great resource.

I'd be happy to contribute to that somehow.

Just a question of picking the media.

I've seen something similar from Cigar Federation where they had a blending seminar. It worked great. I can't do it now but I'll find out how they did it and let you all know.

I think this is a fantastic idea. I listen to a number of cigar podcasts and was hoping to find something on rolling and not just smoking brand name cigars.

I'm in! As a spectator that is, for now at least.

i believe the blending seminar was done through google hangouts. it worked well from what i can see. i believe all you need is a google account which is free and up to 100 people can join in.

lol, I had a similar idea not long ago. Great idea. Makes for great question and answer in real time. Also if someone needs a bit more "angle " or closer inspection of a technique, answer the whys and hows...I think a lot of across the board (no pun intended)improvement in rolling could be had.

Plus if a new roller wanted to vid he could have live feedback on what he was doing wrong.
