The human brain strives to associate visual patterns with known objects. The vinyl floor in my bathroom is generically a tile pattern. Nearly every little "tile" can be forced into resembling the face of a person or animal. It's like looking at clouds, and seeing whales and elephants, or Mickey Mouse.
