Massive house fire

Yes my living room went up in flames, due to a guy I had staying on my couch,
It was mainly a roof fire focused on one side of the room.
It burnt a lot of my stereo components, melted all my 8-tracks, and ruined some classic speakers,
Luckily none of my albums were in there and my 200+ reel to reel reels were spared, but the machine may be shot,

my F.T.T. Founding member certificate was burnt gone, i prized that and had it in a frame,
Not much gardening this year, still putting it back toghter, didn’t have insurance!

It is coming back better than before , with real rafters and solid 2x4’s for walls
And a new shiny roof !

Sorry for your loss of valuable equipment and stuff. I'm sure that you will be able to come out on top.
Did you lose any of your Tobacco?
I hope not. I presume that that cause of the fire was smoking, just shows how careful you have to be.
Looks like the rebuild is going well, good luck with it and keep us posted.

Very devastating for you Chicken.
It surprises me how quickly the repairs are being done. Here in New Zealand, it takes for ever to get tradesmen to start work and then there's the consent process to wait forever for before the work can even commence.
All the best for your man cave. Keep positive (as you appear to be) and life will soon be back to normal if not better.

Guys . I’ve been idling for months . Taking cold showers and eating from a hot plate .
