I can't find anything on it. Is it supposed to slip the tube on automatically?

It appears to feed the tubes.
It looks pretty sweet, I had a matic 2. This thing would make me wanna start smoking cigs again. I used to be able to roll 100 smokes in 5 minutes (I think) with the matic 2.

The matic 5 looks pretty sweet tho.
