I did add blood fertilzer not so long ago i think 2 week ago. 2 days ago it rained very hard. Im not sure but i think it happened after it rained. It has a reddish pattern on the leaves but also the veins under the leaves its getting brown also on some leaves you can see it from the upside. Can it be nitrogen shortage? I have also some plants in pots but those doesnt have it.

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to introduce yourself in the Introduce Yourself forum. You may wish to read the New Growers' FAQ, and scan through our Index of Key Forum Threads for topics of interest. Both are linked in the menu bar.

The leaves with darkening stem and veins appears to be Tobacco Vein Motling Virus:

Other photos appear to be Tobacco Etch Virus:

There is no remedy for either of these. It has no health impact on humans, but it does lower leaf quality, and reduce productivity.

One more Question but should you remove the leaves that are having the virus or not. Some leaves from the plant are beginning to hang with the disease but they have grown still healthy leaves. Should i remove those that are turning yellow or not? So more energy goes to (healthy) Leaves

I would not bother to remove the leaves that are affected. The plant itself regulates which leaves into which nutrients should be directed. If there is any energy produced by the affected leaves, it is sent to nourish the root system. Once you harvest the plant, you can judge which leaves to discard.
