Its good and amost palletable by itself but found it to have a bit of a bite...still a little harsh...

may try to toast it when the house is empty...ill give an update after it goes in the oven..

any suggestions on toasting...temp and duration?

also should you put it into a higher casing from a fairly dry state or leave it dry to toast?

You don't want to absolutly destroy the flavour. leave it dry to toast. I've been using 300f for 15 minutes (preheated oven). after taking it out of the oven and it's cooled down, you'll have to bring it back into order or the leaf will shatter if you touch. I would suggest giving it a misting of water while still in the pan it was on in the oven and then gently slip it into a garbage bag and let it rest for a 4+ hours to get ordered.
