Re-create luxury bullseye flake

Has anyone ever tried creating their own luxury bullseye flake? Always liked the peter stokkebye luxury flake, looks cool too

The one I was looking at says they first press a flake and wrap that flake plug around the core. I don’t understand how you wrap a brick of flake after pressing it
