Short Filler scrap tobacco

Have rolled for 10+ years and have always saved my scraps for "yard cigars" and always keep a good supply around. Haven't rolled much lately and my suppy of scraps are real low. I have use LO short filler before and its decent ($10/lb) but their shipping cost is awful and the bottom line price isn't great. Anybody have any ideas who have short filler tobacco. The LO short filler are big pieces from broken leaf, bundles, ect. I would not be interested in any tiny pieces shredded tobacco.
Would appreciate any ideas.
