Tobacco moisture sensors

I am looking for tobacco moisture sensors. Could someone point me in the right direction (preferably in Europe, who produces that)? I am looking all over the internet but the product as for sale I cant find. Please help!

Go to ebay and use search words "tobacco moisture meter". They run the range from $20.00 to $200.00 US. Pull up each one and you might find a seller from Europe. Happy hunting.
