WTB: Vietnamese Thouc Lao (Nicotiana Rustica)

Are there any Vietnamese members here who can help out? I'd love to buy some Thouc Lao. Easily and cheaply available in Hanoi and Dalat, as far as I know. Probably other places. If anybody can help me out I would very much appreciate it. Of course, I'd pay all the costs. I'm in Canada. ****PM for email address**** if you can help!

I don't think it has anything to do with the actual tobacco...it's the way tobacco is smoked that causes the effect. Basically, you just huff smoke until you pass out.

I would tend to agree. If you inhale an entire bowl of tobacco and hold it in, regardless of the type of tobacco, you can get quite a buzz.

No, but you can get quite high on certain types of salvia, as well.
