Hey Webby how ya doing?
Say man that hair sounds like a good Idea cept is hard to come by here less I shave the dogs...
But maybe hemp rope fibers? Got me thinking now!

I really like the cubes when ready I can just plunk em in the ground the plants are doing well in them too. I can almost watch them grow.

The next batch of Cubes well be made tomorrow ran out of time today going to use two types of compost in the mix one is chicken sheet,,, Mr. Chicken will like that!

hey what about coconut husk fibre. .that would be the one??

When I plant a flat to germinate, and then start transplanting the bigger one...... it seems I always have more "bigger" ones take their place. Maybe the big ones are just not letting the little ones eat?

I got a bag of those pellet coconuts left from a start tray, through a bunch away. Maybe I'll give those a go keep plugging and will get something whipped up!

Oh yeah I've seen that Mr. Fisherman I'll move em from the germination grounds to the cube one at a time, one per cube. Two days later that cube will have two of em. I think it has something to do with the real estate
ya got a waiting line. Move one out and another moves in.

So in this one I got things mixed and am making soil cylinders
I have already moved plants and added water to the tray, from the look of things the mix will work out this time.

did ya leave the roots exposed to kill them off with sunlight?
When i am turning sod i turn it once and leave it for the sun to do its thing to the exposed roots otherwise the stuff just regrows

I have BigMikeChevy got landscape fabric put down and now covered with 2 to 3 inchest of mulch over the whole patch. I'll get a pic and post later.

jekylnz it is RT (Red Tobacco) TI 1609 from ARS-Grin PI 420191 is twice the size now as was in the vid next to the red T is Kutsaga 110 the Kutsaga E-2 is beating the 110 thou.
The trays are getting pretty thick so will be moving some to a new tray as well as giving hair cuts to them later today.

Yeah man.. Like the way it is growing Todd all that I got from ARS-Grin are of Flue Cure type with exception of the 2 Samsun PHYB 1 & 2and all are taking off pretty good for my first time growing.
