I got in an order today and the Criollo 98 wrapper I received smells like straight ammonia. I've never received leaf that smelled like this before. Should I just let it air out or are there other steps that need to be taken to remove that smell?

Just leave the bag open for a short time, then reseal it. (It has undergone some additional fermentation.)
