Bahstan Stoges Grow Log 2026

Started then yesterday, may 17, got them on the heat mat and will add light when they sprout.


6 each of El Coroja (from last years seed), Vuelta Abajo, Connecticut Broadleaf, and Havana 142

Day 3.


4/24 of the seeds have germinated (2 broadleaf and 2 of the vuelta abajo).


I noticed some white mold growing which is probably because I left it extremely wet the last couple days. It hit 97 in Boston a couple days ago so I was worried about the heat drying it out.


I’ve removed the cover, added the grow light, and will give it more time between watering.


The next few days will be cooler but the grow light throws a lot of heat so hopefully that will help finish off the seeds which haven’t germinated yet.

You as well. That’s exactly what I was thinking, so we’ll see how close it gets. I think the soil will be the biggest difference as I use miracle grow and grow in pots. The soil here is not great.
