What other books has Bob written? I am aware of his book on blending pipe tobaccos. Are there any others besides these two?

Just ordered mine. Noticed a mistake in the book's description on both LULU and Amazon:

There are also a chapters on tobacco varieties and the whole leaf trade.

Thanks for the error pickup. Once the description is entered into the database of Books In Print, it is propagated worldwide. If I delete that one word in the description, then the book will no longer be available worldwide, until I purchase another copy of the book, wait for it to be shipped and arrive, then approve the changes. (On one of my books, the database left out my middle initials from the "author's name" field, so it never appears in books by the same author. To fix it, I have to assign a new ISBN. Lots of really dumb quirks in the system.)

What I usually do for errors that are not truly awful is to maintain a list of them (e.g. typo, funky font error, plain old mistake), then update them all at once.

Just ordered this historic soon to be classic from Lulu. I tried to order from Amazon but the add to cart, buy now, and add to list links were all broken. All other item links I tried on the website were working. You may want to check to determine if the problem was from my end or Amazon’s.

I just checked Amazon, and was able to add the book to my cart. The book is on-demand printed, and Amazon's listing of it simply reflects its listing within the international database of Books In Print. When you order it from Amazon or anywhere else, the book is then printed specifically for you.
