Cigar Mold Press

Hey guys,

I have two cigar molds that I have been using and I am getting uneven results. I am struggling to get even pressure across the molds trying to use things from my shop to press the molds. Has anyone made a press for cigar molds or have any suggestions on how to get even results and pressure across the molds?

how about three c clamps. if they are warped it should close them completly anyways.

I used to use just 1 C-clamp and always was able to get an even pressure. I now use a screw press that works just as well. You should be getting even pressure with just 1 C-clamp. Place a piece of wood on the top and bottom of your mold to even out the pressure.

I like that set-up there..just think all I do is wrap real good in paper towel and let sit few weeks..I have got to get me a mold soon.

I do use the Irwin, but if you have a Harbor Freight in your area they sell the 12" clamps for $3.50 a piece.

I let the wife sit on mine for a while,
Just joking. While I roll I sit on it, put the cigar I roll in the mold , sit on it while I roll the next one. When its full I just use g clamps to press it, usualy ovenite, turn them 90 deg the next morning, reclamp for the day, and that evening I wrap them.

Asked my wife the same thing, but her thigh were to hairy!!!!

wow too loose and hairy omg..as long there was no 'mold' maybe not that bad after all??
