WOO-HOO!!!... Thank You Larry!

As for how many days to keep I would think approximately 1 week should do. It might take a day or two to buy supplies to make a table or cut a hole in the kitchen table, then a day or two of rolling and a day or two to pack it up and get to the post office.

If you are paying first shipping then maybe that's how we should proceed. The guy that sends it out pays to ship it to the next guy and so forth.

All I can say is make sure to order leaf from Don Or me way ahead of time . This way you will be ready when the UPS man stops by .

And please no one stay home from work just to roll cigars . I would not want any one fired

May be too much work Larry, but you could frame the shipping crate such that removing one side with 4 screws reveals an opening the appropriate size for the machine; the crate could double as a "portable stand".

I tried to make the crate as light as possible . Shipping is high so be prepared for the shipping cost to the next person . If Jitterbugdude agrees Then when his time is up he will send it to the next person who wants on the list . My first cost calculated at $28 . This just so you will know approximately the shipping cost .
If someone buys that machine then I would want the crate returned so I can send out another machine . It took longer that I thought it would to crate the machine .

Here is my crate work so please don't laugh . The black sprayed screws is screws that will have to be removed for the top to come off . Two more screws will have to be removed that hold a block of would holding the machine . It total weight is 32 pounds .

Notice the handle on the top right , I had to move the nut to the inside of the machine to fit the crate right .

I would like to give her a try. JBD is not to far from me so shipping should not be to bad if he does not buy it for him.
I would try to find who has serious interest in one and try to ship to the next person close to the last to save them shipping costs.

JDB has the machine now .

I should have made a box to put inside with the roller .
Each person who used the roller could put a cigar that they rolled inside . It would need to be labeled with the tobacco varieties used .
When finished passing the roller around and it makes it back to me . I could judge or have some one who is better than I and to judge each cigar and have a winner .

Winner's prize would be just the bragging rites ????

I received the roller Wed. And could not find anything to put it in so BigB gave me the OK make some 2x2s for on the sides of the shipping box. They will be in the box, just put on the sides and use the holes already there except two.

I like little cigars and it took a little bit of playing with her and leaf amounts but got that dialed in.3 leaves will make a small Backwaoods cigar that is not too tight to smoke. I have no wrappers on these just a binder of Havana.I made all kinds of combinations of leaf last night and my kid mixed up my cigars.

I smoked them today and found one I really like to use to flavor, like a swisher ect.So I made some more today to see if I get the same combo. The Roller Works Good If I can get a cigar after flavoring it I like I will Buy One.I will give her a run Tommorrow like 100 cigars if I find the leaf combo.A pic of my sticks and box.

That's a neat job on putting the top in to hold the roller .

On the cigars . Are you running the veins straight down the cigar or laying the leaf straight across the machine ?

The more you use her the better she gets .It seems to work better with larger cigars . Backwoods I rolled was to tight , too much filler , but they tasted great .
