Thank you guys for your reply! Here is really cold winter, so I can not place my tobacco outside to get its moisture back. How can I re-moist it instead?

You can lightly mist the leafs with a spray bottle filled with water.

If whole leaf, you can hang in your bathroom/shower room, the steam from a few hot showers will bring it back nicely.

Shredded, just put in a bag, and add to the bag a folded damp paper towel and give it a day or two to absorb the moisture.
