Greetings to you all. Could you please explain the towel method you mentioned? Does the towel need to be wet? Are the green tobacco leaves placed inside the towel to set their color to yellow? And what is the next step after the yellowing stage? My best regards to you all.

The green (mature) tobacco leaves are stacked together, and the stack is loosely wrapped in a dry towel, which in turn is placed in a box. The idea, if I understand it correctly, is twofold: towel traps both humidity and ethylene gas produced by the yellowing leaves. Ethylene gas accelerates the yellowing of other leaves. This method requires you to break down this bundle, rearrange the order of leaves, and wipe off excess moisture frequently, to prevent mold. Other members who have more experience, please correct me if I wrote something incorrectly.

Personally I've had horrible experience with towel curing, and I quickly abandoned it.

I'm looking at something like this to yellow / colour cure Aztec leaves during the autumn times. Has anyone experience with grow tents? How do you control temperature and humidity?

This is the exact same grow tent i have. Mine is just a little smaller. Its working perfectly for me this year. But i have no experience curing rustica. I only grow havana varieties.
