What's the best way to ordered without much duty fees? I will go around and read. Lots of info. Maybe you can point me to the right direction?

What kind of tobacco are you ordering? Whole leaf? How much you can order to be safe and not to pay a lot of duty?
Cigar leaf so far has been light on tax. I only order a pound at a time so I'm not too sure about huge orders.

Welcome to the forum. I'm in Edmonton. I've been ordering for over 6 years. My orders are usually in the 4-6lb range. Customs has never overcharged me. The average wait is 2.5 to 3 weeks.

The second one will be the most sweet and mild.
As for your other question, you can order whole leaf or processed tobacco into Canada, but processed tobacco is subject to really high duties. Per gram of processed tobacco, Canada charges 15.5¢, and Ontario charges 18.5¢, so that's $70.56 per lb. On whole leaf, Canada charges $1.57/kg, and Ontario charges $0, so that's 71¢/lb.
