i cant imagine leaving the grounds in. when for whatever reason my french press leaves a few grounds through and i get them at the end of the cup, it usually comes straight back out(hopefully im at sink/toilet/etc.
you must only drink half the cup i imagine? or do you drink the grounds?
like jitterbug, i roast my own and ever only have roasted beans around for 3 days or so. now thats fresh coffee. i take mine with 1 sugar and milk.
i was hooked on the guatemalan, but found fair trade organic at a health store for less. nicaraguan is good on its own, but i also mix peruvian (medium) with brazilian (dark),half and half, and thats very close to guatemalan
