I got something in the mail today

Its from New Era Collision Center- Bath ,PA and its labeled as Dubeque Aecitron PI#405572 (seed) . I'd like to know who sent it ,is it home grown, and what its intended use is. Smells like cigarette tobacco. Very light colored . and Thank you !!

It's the cigar filler seed you asked for, I only lost the package 2 months ago.
CRS sucks,
The 2 leaves are the only ones I had a chance to dry from the plant.
It looks like a yellow flue cured leaf when air dried, smells good too.
Let me know what it tastes like I might plant some of them also.
