i have a quick computer question.[ operation question ]

how do i get the font on my screen bigger,???????

i dont have a member of the newer gemeration here [ i threw her 19 year old ass out of my house ]

and i just got my computer back from the shop. after having it wiped clean.....

BUT ONE OF THEM CHANGED THE PASSWORD ON MY COMPuter and locked it down....]]]]]]]

so every thing is starting from new right now,

but how do i make my letters bigger,???? i wear glasses, i cant see them little letters,,,,

I am on my phone can't check. I think it is hold ALT or Cont. key down, left click on Mouse and hold down and use the scroll wheel to increase and decrease size. I could be wrong but I just do it naturally I am blind too.

Hold the CRTL key and push the plus sign [+] key.

hold the Ctrl key (left lower corner of your keyboard) and hit the + sign repeatedly til you like it.

These days, I'm using a 32" hi def flat screen TV for a puter monitor. That's what happens when you get old.

I guess the - sign would make it smaller. I never did it that way, seems a little easier.

I went in the conrole panel- Hit ease of access, optimize visual display then turn on magnifier.

When you increase font size, be aware that some of the links at the top (the line that has Store, Donate, Forum, Albums, Activity, etc.) will become hidden in the white strip under the brown. I set mine to medium and the "View Active Topics" and "More" buttons are now hidden in the white. If you hover your cursor over that area those hidden links will show up. The larger your font, the more links move down to the white. They appear invisible because they are white links that get moved to a white background once you scrunch up the screen.

hey chicken if you have that difficulty in everything at your screen. meaning (menus, docs, software etc) decrease the screen resolution, now to tell you how to do it I need to know what is the system you use.
assuming you are on windows 7 click the desktop with your mouse right button

Why not just splurge on a $6 pair of reading glasses from Walmart? They also work with books, newspapers, cereal boxes and the speedometer in your car. Old age is a bitch.
