Like many other Canadians, rising tobacco prices and limited selection (especially pouch RYO Tobacco) continue to frustrate me. I'm considering ordering WLT, but I read a post on Reddit where someone based in Alberta was hit with stupidly high provincial duty fees. It's something like $0.42/lb. Would it be futile to try to import WLT and pouch tobacco into Alberta? Are there any alternatives for someone like me? I live in Edmonton, btw.
