Is this mold / dangerous? Spots on flue cured leaves.

To me that is normal on tobacco leaves. One of the things when you buy shredded tobacco you don't see it.

One more.. couple of my filler leaves came out of the pack like this. Not sure if its the texture or the mold. Kept them separately in a plastic bag for last 4-5 days, but no change or growth in the discoloration. Does this look like mold?

No but as mentioned before. Whole Leaf is an agriculture product. There are blemishes etc. Just take it off and don't worry so much about it. There are pieces I have to rip off as they don't look so hot. It's normal in raw tobacco.

I think i am a little too paranoid about the mold

But just opened a fresh blend pack from WLT and a couple of binder leaves came out like this.. They seem like small droplets on the surface of the leaf . Is this ok ? safe..? This is 30 mins after the sealed vapor proof bags were opened

It is probably frog spot which is harmless. Not mold I know virginia has a lot of it. Sometimes it is sugar spots.

I agree with @burge. It does not look like mold.
