N.Z. Tobacco Growers: Seeds

Hi all,
Unsure if this thread is still alive but I’m new to all this, located in New Zealand. I’d really like to learn how to grow my own tobacco to roll into cigars. Would be keen on buying suitable seeds from someone if they have any!
Any tips/advice welcome too.

Hey Brendan,
I have some Connecticut shade if that’s of interest. I think generally used more as a cigar wrapper (well that’s what I have tried to grow it for).
Also have some Corojo 99, Criollo 98, Costello Negro, Long Red, Pennsylvania Red, Lancaster Seed Leaf, Izmir Ozbas, Vuelta Abajo, Nostrana Del Brenta, Little Dutch.
Mostly Cigar varieties.
Just busy breaking the dried buds at the moment, sieving them, and getting them into storage bags.

Hi boys, had my first stogie on the weekend whilst camping and naturally I've been pulled down the rabbit hole to which has lead me here! I had a Mas Igneus Ancho, don't know much more than that, when I look it up it says the wrapper was Ecuador Habano, the binder was was Brazil and the filler was dominican republic. Tasted amazing! Letsss gooo.

My wife has a massive garden and I'd love to get into growing my own tobacco and eventually making my own cigars. @Kiwisaffer I would love to sow some of your seeds if you still have them!? Could you recommend a good Wrapper/Binder/Filler to start with? Or is it all from the same plant? No idea here, just keen as to journey through this!
