Everywhere else tobacco has gone that route. Gone through the roof in Canada Britain and Europe. Here it tripled over night in Canada they would allow gift shipping until I found whole leaf tobacco. If I could get more I would but for Canada it seems the safe amount to order is 12 lbs.
