Some of the varieties has been really slow ( perhaps because too many seeds in some trays ) and a few strains have been great.
It was kinda frustrating to see a number of strains not doing so well , this is why I have intensified things and now is much better.
I hope to plant my seedlings outside at about the first of May. :D

PO,
Any luck with the Danneman Bahia? The Danneman Bahia seed that I received, on close examination, appeared to have been crushed. I sprinkled all of it onto a germination mix, but so far, nothing. My own Bahia seed has germinated well.

I gave up the idea of planting Dannemann Brasil Bahia 'cause I thought there was not seeds enough in the the 2 bags I had.
On the other hand I've had great success with the Bahia I got from you.

Hi PO
Nice plants you have, for how long have that burley been growing? I have tried to plant some but they are very small compared to yours. I´v planted some Wisconsin 901, Pennsylvania red and Connecticut broadleaf. When i see yours i´m sure somethings wrong whit mine. I´ll try to post a picture tomorrow and maybe get some feedback.

Ville , I think your plants should be just fine as it is , but I think it depends a whole lot on what pottingsoil you use.
I've used Weibulls pottingsoil for flowers and it seems to work out fine , I think the worst one can do is to buy some cheap pottingsoil = just crap.

I was using Hasselfors (så och kaktusjord). I have some big pots which i filled up half way whit soil, thats not working, they not grew at all. I have to cut the pots so the soil and pot is in level and after a few Days those plant looks much better.

Do you use fertilizer at this time?

I thought Hasselfors was a pretty good soil , see if you can find Weibulls Blomjord , that might do the trick for you Ville.
I think its to early to use any kind of fertilizer at this stage , when I get them out on the patch I'll give them my ''Lemonade'' and some Calcium Nitrate ( Kalksalpeter in swedish )
