Just thought I’d pop in and say hello. Im from the north of Scotland and this is my first attempt at growing. Have got to the drying stage of my lower leaves just now. Glad to have joined here. This amount of information is going to be very helpful. Cheers

Welcome to the fourm.
Hi Tutu, I’m growing about 20 golden Virginia and about 10 burley plants. May have taken too many on for first time. What do you grow yourself?

Haha those are the perils of growing tobacco but it’s also how you learn how to manage what you can handle and what not.
I tend to grow a few nicotiana rustica alongside my tobacco. I like growing different varieties and hybrids, whichever I’ve gotten into at any specific time haha.
