Way cool On the teck 1 can you change the cutting width on them or is it only a shag cut?

That's a beautiful plug cutter. Those were often provided by a plug tobacco maker at no cost to a general store, so the merchant could sell cut plug or flake. Given the drop slot, I would guess that it is specifically for cutting thin slices of plug or press-block.
