I once worked with a guy who made goat tacos . I tried one, the meat was a weird texture, almost like a clear jelly marbling. Not for me.I've never eaten Goat. Is it any good?

Sid, I have to ask. This is the second pic of yours Ive seen with those beads and tassle on the tray, whats that about, Or do I even want to know?Those bushes below the mulberries once upon a time were big as trees, it's briar but it's not for pipe making, we call them "salt-briar" because grow close to the sea.

A couple years ago my wife and I took a motorcycle trip out to Colorado . One day we did a trout fishing float excursion on the Colorado River . Our guide while on the ride up to the boat launch stopped to point out the wildlife along the way. One of which was the widespread vegetation of Sage, and the Pronghorn antelope that roam the Rockies feed on it. He said the Antelope meat basically comes pre-seasoned and taste like breakfast sausage, by the sage being so much of their diet. I would have liked to try it.It tasted like Antelope to me ... Mutton (sheep) isn't much better.
