What to drink with cigarettes, cigars and pipes

What's everyone's favourite drinks for different types of smoking?

I don't like cigarettes but I'm guessing larger. I'm an avid cigar smoker and always drink rum & coke but not sure if I'm just doing it because some of the best rum comes from the Carribbean. When I smoke a Pipe for some reason I prefer beer, stout or whisky.

Any other suggestions?

As always "Gentleman (and ladies) you may smoke.

I’m also a rum and coke fan but like to change this up occasionally by pairing scotch with cigars and Irish whiskey with pipes.
