The 150 yr old log cabin barn suddenly became worth alot of money once i was interested in it, my first conversation they just wanted it hauled away but when i went back they wanted too much for it. So i'll be starting fresh at a friends saw mill with rough cut cypress & fresh dried tier poles. No plug-ins It has terminals for wires. It's primary volotage is either 240v/120v. It is very accurate and has an adjustable differential down to 1*F . We use them in all of our refrigeration work and have been for years. The thermidistat will control the dehumidify/humidify and is very accurate.

Yes with a differential setting you can set it to come back on after lowering 1* or 2* and so on , but they are very accurate and reliable, plus they have a 8' lead for the sensor.

I'm not a pro by anymeans so don't take what I am saying as advice or consulting but it looks similar to mosaic virus. It could be a nutrient issue as well...

It must be ripening it's only on the bottom leaves the rest of the plant is dark green with nice fat stalks

A possibility of too low of PH maybe kind of hard to tell

Heres a link with some good brown spot images on tobacco workhorse. I had never heard of it. Note the concentric rings in the spots. It may help to identify if it were that.

If it's low pH, then I would expect the texture of the leaf to be unaffected as it matures. TMV will crinkle the surface.
It's difficult to judge from a single snapshot it time.
