Think Ill go spray the worms. The ones I got this year start in the growin bud and are hard to find. Ive had a lot of damage from them. Still no horn worms. I dont know what has happened to them. Id rather have them than the ones I got.

I may have the same ones. Small and dark colored. Straight to the growth bud or the main rib of whatever leaf they are on.

Howdy Bo,

Really like your setup and think I should use the surveyors tape idea for my grow. With the winds on this hill, it would come in handy.

PS - Nice lookin baccy in the barn there!

The ones I have arelite green eat holes in the small leaf and eat thir way to the larger ones. they dont eat the main stem. That day glow look is a little loud but the tape is strong and streches.

I think the early start worked against me this year with the weather. You just never know. You roll the dice and take your chances.

I think the early start worked against me too. In comparison to last year, Most of my plants have got flower tops on them and most are only 3' high. The over crowding didn't help either for me. but last year I was topping 4 1/2'-5' plants with many leaves...big, big leaves.

I wouldn't. The plants are wilted because they are stressed out. Wait for them to perk up and make sure you get the underside of the leaves and the buds.

Last year I made the mistake of spraying plants with soap/pepper spray when the sun was still on the plants. Gave the leaves a bad case of sun scald. BT might not be as bad but why take chances?
