I have designed, tested and proven this product last year over a period of many months and successfully used it to ferment many kinds of tobacco. Ferment up to 60L at a time per barrel. I have three, allowing me to ferment up 180L per run. For a very small fee of less thn 3 USD you can purchase my blueprints and build your own without the trial and error I went through.
Remember to send your email address in the payment note so I can send you the blueprints. Users guide, consultation email and training video is also available with ordering information in the blueprints.

Note: This product is excellent for fermenting pipe, cigarette, chewing tobacco or cigar fill, not cigar binder or wrappers.

View attachment 60236Cool project! It's always impressive to see people design and build their own equipment from scratch. 60L per barrel is a pretty good capacity for a home setup.

I've seen quite a few small-scale fermentation setups from Chinese manufacturers — everything from compact barrel-style units to larger chamber systems. The basic principles are usually the same: temperature control, humidity management, and proper air circulation. But it's really cool to see a DIY version that people can build themselves.

The blueprint approach is a great idea — sharing knowledge like that really helps the community. Do you find that most people who buy the blueprints are able to build it without too much trouble?

Also, what kind of temperature range do you typically run at during fermentation?
